This archived petition captures a moment when Donny Skipper extended his satirical voice into local governance by petitioning the Shady Lane Homeowners Association to open its presidential election process. The petition, created in June 2023, aimed to increase participation in local communities by making fun of procedural norms.
The series extended until Donny Skipper brought a Warlock into the community to protest, which subsequently resulted in an ancient demon being summoned. This ancient demon now goes by the name Tyler and he's currently serving as president of the Shady Lane HOA Board.
